Log into your account and scroll down to where it says “Account Details”. Underneath, it will list your current delivery address. Select “View Addresses” and you will be directed to a page where you can add a new address, edit an address, or delete an address.

Yes, as long as you select them before your charge goes through (we’ll send you reminder emails). You can choose your meals for the upcoming weeks by logging into your account and selecting “Pick Your Custom Meals”. If you forget to pick your meals, we’ll send you our most popular ones. If you forget to choose your meals, we’ll send you our “Customer Favorites”. These are the most popular meals among our customers for that week’s menu.
Log into your account and select “Manage Subscription” to see your next charge date which should be 3 days after your last meal delivery (unless it was skipped). You will also receive an email when you are approaching your charge date to remind you to choose your meals. If you are still unable to find your next charge date, contact our support team at support@f2meals.com or (385) 342-5088.
Any changes to your order (e.g. canceling, skipping, adjusting meals) need to be made before your charge date. You can make changes to your order or subscription by logging into your account and selecting “Manage Subscription”.
Each meal is packaged as an individual serving. We offer different portion sizes to meet your nutritional needs.

We pack our boxes with insulation and cold packs to keep the meals cool. Then, we overnight the packages through UPS so that you receive the freshest meals.

If the food inside your package is still cold to the touch, refrigerate immediately. If your meals are lukewarm, do not refrigerate or consume.
Nope! Even if you don’t answer the door, the meals will be left on your doorstep. They are packed with insulation and ice to keep your food cold, but you will want to refrigerate your meals when you can.
Place your meals in a refrigerator as soon as possible to keep them fresh.
We deliver our meals through UPS.
We deliver to all 48 continental United States, so if you live there, then yes!
All of our boxes are overnighted for $14.95 per box.

People who are under the age of 18, underweight, pregnant, lactating, recovering from surgery, or have a history of eating disorders should not begin a keto diet. Before starting any new diet, we recommend that you see a doctor to ensure that it’s the right fit for you.
Salads, wraps, protein bowls, and tacos should be consumed by the day limit listed on the packaging. Breakfasts and other meals are good for two weeks after delivery.
The meal packaging includes all of the nutritional information. You can also find the general macro and calorie information on our website when selecting your meals.
We’re committed to farm fresh ingredients, so our culinary chefs use locally sourced produce from USDA certified suppliers. With these ingredients, our culinary chefs make sauces from scratch and hand cut and trim our meat. We never freeze our meals and instead assemble them under refrigeration in recyclable trays and seal them to maintain freshness.
It is important to honor your hunger if it is truly physiological hunger. Make sure you are in tune with your emotions and stress levels to see if you could satisfy your needs without food. If this is a repeated pattern of hunger, you can switch to a higher calorie meal plan.
Our menu changes weekly on a 6 week rotation, so you are guaranteed to not see the same meal 2 weeks in a row.
